I am creating my Impossible Goal prep.
I have a history of setting goals, working “hard” and then burning out and thinking that something is wrong with me, I am broken as the reason I don’t achieve my goal
I am seeing my pattern, the model it creates.
For my Impossible Goal, I want to create $100K revenue in my part-time business without burning out.
I want both the income goal, and the result of a certain number of hours working, sleeping, exercising, spending time with family.
Since it needs to be very measurable – I guess I could keep these metrics as well.
Any other suggestions for creating a result of “not” doing something while in the process of achieving the $100K goal?
