Hi Brooke, I have some questions regarding goal setting. I haven’t yet picked my goal…still working on brainstorming, but some of my brainstorms are personal improvement type goals…like doing a triathalon, quitting drinking, etc. However, when planning epic fails, lets say for a triathalon, how exactly would one fail? Failing to do a workout would be failing ahead of time. Would it be something more like swimming in the ocean 25 times since I’m afraid of the ocean?? I just don’t know how to plan epic fails for a personal goal.
