You recommend taking enough actions that reaching our impossible goal is inevitable. My goal is to replace my W-2 income with passive cash flow from real estate investments. Even taking massive action with quarterly goals of purchasing one four-plex per quarter, the numbers don’t add up to replace my income. I believe that the goal is inevitable if I keep taking action beyond a year but currently don’t see how to achieve it in a year. I’d love to hear your thoughts and suggestions.
