Impossible Goal Vs Who I Want To Be


My impossible goal is related to my business. In my coaching session on Monday, we talked about setting aside making protocols for eating and drinking and just focusing on my impossible goal. Although this makes sense to do (I am at my ideal weight and a social drinker) for some reason, sugar, flour and alcohol seem to distract me more than I’d like: when should I have treats? What days should I drink? These questions seem to take up more bandwidth than I’d like them to, so I’m thinking of deciding to let go of them for 2020. To sum up how can I approach this decision to go all in on giving these things up vs eating and drinking what I want and freeing my mind up in that way? Can’t seem to get clear on the best route.
