Impossible Goal Weight Loss… What Can Fails Look Like?


Hi there. I’m playing with different potential impossible goals for 2020. I think I’m leaning toward making reaching a normal BMI and really having freedom around food as my goal (which I really want, know is possible but feels impossible). Trying to figure out what my 25 fails a quarter could look like… eating faithfully to my ahead of time plan every month? Not overeating at an event? Doing thoughtwork every day? Upping my fasting protocol? Probably yes to all. Wondering what other people using weight for impossible goal have done with this in the past and grateful for any feedback/suggestions!
