Impossible Goal/Why Rush?


I just listened to the impossible goal recordings and would like to create an impossible goal by year-end which is to reach my ideal weight by December. This would mean losing an average of 2 pounds per week. I am only 5 feet 3 and weigh 136 lbs and would like to weigh 110. I am 53 years old.

My question is is this doable for my height and age? Or is this too fast? According to the impossible goal, we want to create something that seem reachable yet also a stretch; at the same time, I want to do this in the most healthy way possible and not do crazy fasting, to just lose the weight on a particular time line. Can you let me know if I should be adjusting it slightly to 1 lbs a week? That seeems “healthier” but not “impossible.
