Impossible weight loss goal


Hi Brooke,
I am 5’4” and my impossible goal is to lose 50 lbs to get down to a normal BMI and weigh between 135-139 by June 1, 2018. I have already lost 15 lbs since mid October. That would mean I have to lose 2 lbs per week which is freaking me out because I have never done that before and it normally takes me forever to lose any weight. The no sugar, no flour protocol is working for me. What do you think about that weight for my height? I will have to do a lot of thought work on self sabotage which is my pattern after losing some weight.
