IMs only?

I’ve been in scholars 7 mos and done many models. I love models!

The UM’s are starting to feel bleh. I know that my thoughts are creating negative results and can usually do a quick model in my head to reaffirm that I take actions that reaffirm the unintentional thoughts.

I still love the IMs and use them every morning for the results I want to create that day.

I want to pause doing UMs. So my routine would be to do the TDs, recognize all non-facts, then move on to IMs

Would I be missing out on something I’m not recognizing yet if I stop UMs?
