How do I force myself to do something I need to do, but obviously don’t want to? It is critical that I file back taxes, but there’s so much tedious work involved to pull together the necessary info, some of which I don’t know where to begin. However, I have consistently procrastinated on getting this done, even if it’s been causing a lot of stress.
even when I say this time I’m going to do it! I end up finding something else to distract myself with.
By the way, I’m seeing the same resistance with creating a diet protocol and making a commitment to stick with it. Help!
