Inability to take a rest day


Hi there,

I am not able to take a rest day even though I am over-training and experience signs of exercise burn out.

I feel like I might fall behind if I do with my routine and I will gain my weight all back and won’t be able to lose them if I do.

The over-exercising is causing strains in my body and making me feel quite tired, yet, I feel wired all the time every morning when I wake up, I force myself to exercise.

Am I being unhealthy about it?
