OMG This month’s work is so powerful … I’m establishing a loving relationship with my mother and the daily exercise helps a lot with that. Today, I’d love to share an intentional model with you:
C – my mother
T – my mother’s got her own needs and that’s okay
F – understanding
A – let her talk and act the way she chooses to, don’t spin thoughts about what’s right or wrong behavior, talk and act the way I choose to, communicate my boundaries clearly, accept differences as part of our relationship (instead of questioning the whole thing)
R – I’ve got my own needs – that might be different from my mother’s – and that’s okay
