Indulgent emotions


Hi, I am taking the Mastering Emotional Balance class.

I am noticing that several of my emotions – Victim thinking, Stressed, and Overwhelm – are habits.  They are an old way of thinking that runs unchecked in my brain, and pop up just by seeing a full calendar or lots of “to do” items.

Is this the definition of Indulgent Emotions – not something I really FEEL, but a habit I have of feeling?  How do I really know if something is indulgent?
