Indulgent Emotions


I’m really looking to understand and explore indulgent emotions more. I thought that I’ve been “feeling my feelings” better than ever since starting to self-coach, but a coach pointed out that I am indulging rather than feeling. It was so interesting and clearly I have so so much to learn!

Is there a training in the vault (or somewhere) on indulgent emotions? I listened to the podcast (which was so great) but I’m looking to learn even more. Or is there a training on how to walk yourself through feeling your feelings? A coach walked me through some difficult emotions and I want to learn how to do that even more. With her help, I was able to notice it in my body, be with it and answer her prompts. Thanks!
