Is it fair to think of an indulgent emotion is one that an individual tends to obsess over vs observe it, question it, let themselves experience and just move on? For example, in the monthly work materials ‘worry’ is an example of an emotion. However, most people worry at some point in time, which is an unwanted emotion for sure, but if they pick knowledge they’re worried, question why experience it briefly and then move on, it doesn’t turn into an indulgent emotion. And I thinking of this correctly?
