I hope that you’re well! I posted a question last week to understand how to go on diet from indulgent emotions (workbook on emotional well-being), and it was highlighted in the answer that indulgent emotions don’t serve me or move me forward. I still wonder how I go on diet from indulgent emotions.
Should I decide not to think the thought? Should I refuse feeling indulgent emotions such as worry? It’s hard to understand this concept for me because I have been working on negative emotions and allowing them. So identifying indulgent emotions and going on diet on these emotions is kind of new. Thank you.
