T: This place is so inefficient
Communication sucks
It is difficult to find information
There are too many shared spreadsheets that get messed up
Spend too much time completing tasks
F: Frustrated
A: Ruminate, Procrastinate on work with deadlines, Have a bad attitude, Fuss, Don’t look for answers, Focus on all the negatives, Don’t have answers for my team
R. I become inefficient

How can I start thinking better, ladder thoughts about my work? I want to be as efficient as possible and meet deadlines early.

I am in my position to make money so that I can build my own business. I am spending a lot of time in this thought pattern.
