How do I prioritize “me” with an infant and a toddler? I am breastfeeding and afraid of only eating 2-3x/day and avoiding carbs because of potential decrease in supply. when and how to schedule the exercise time to reconnect without interruptions? I work full time and I have a nanny during the hours that I work. But no other real help. It’s hard to schedule things around their nap/sleep/eating/play/baths/diaper change time. I am reluctant to even get up early to exercise because I feel I will not get my little sleep, or the baby will wake up at the same time I do. Help!
