I’m new to SCS and still learning how to use the Model; please help.  On March 8th, I found out the circumstances below.  I know living in the past causes me to suffer and I do not want to torture myself with my thoughts.  I’m having a hard time working through this. We have decided to stay married. I need help managing my thoughts, completing these models, and writing intentional models.  Thank you
