My goal for this month is actually a repeat of what I was working to believe last month, which is that I am a person who goes early to bed and rises early and that doing so pays off big time in terms of my health and my ability to accomplish my goals. I’ve made progress, but I haven’t nailed it.
I’m struggling a bit trying to figure out how to list “what has to happen in order to complete this goal”. There aren’t specific tasks I can wrap my mind around other than “turn off screens by X time”, and “reading by X time”. Would love any thoughts/input. Thank you!
