Hi! I am insecure. I have experienced events in my life that have given me core beliefs that I am just now becoming aware of. I love the how to change your past podcast. I have these beliefs such as “how much longer until so and so is disappointed in me” I have lived my life to please others and that is not so much of a problem but it is something I see now and want to work on. My question is, how could I uncover other beliefs that i am subconscious to?
