Insecurity


How does one begin shaking the off the feeling of insecurity and imposter syndrome?  I am really struggling with these feelings.  No matter the work I try and do on it, the feelings keep resurfacing.
C – work
T- others are better at it
F- insecure
A-?
R – I’m not good enough

I have been doing thought downloads and working through the model but just can’t shake this.  Any advice?
