Hi, my work in scholars is focused on overeating and creating results at work. My success in either of the two is necessarily interlinked and dependent on my success on the other one. Both of them, also, are influenced by my insomnia. I didn’t hear anyone being coached on insomnia so far, would you have more specific recommendations/resources? I see how the first step would be looking at my insomnia like a pure neutral circumstance, however the belief that less insomnia = more energy = more energy to allocate to achieve my goals is still there.
