Insomnia With Intermittent Fasting

I’ve been following your recommendations to stick with protocol for several weeks before switching. Still have terrible problems with insomnia and constipation.
Feb 9- Feb 25: NFNS; 30 minutes cardio 6X/week; three meals in ten hour window 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
Feb 26- March 11: NFNS; 30 minutes cardio 6X/week; three meals in nine hour window. 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.
March 12- present: NFNS; 30 minutes cardio 6X/week: two meals in eight hour window; 8 a.m.- 4 p.m.

56YO menopause. Yo-yo dieter. Have gained and lost 60-80 pounds a least five times, if not more. I’ve never been a drinker or night eater. I normally don’t eat after 6:30 p.m. which is why I chose the earlier times for my eating window. I’m also not a big meat eater, but will eat occasionally. More vegetarian/ no dairy. Have added eggs (and butter) to this protocol for protein. Don’t usually eat them. Rarely eat cheese. Fruit = one apple per day. Calories around 1200/day. Lost about 10 pounds in five weeks.

BIG problems with constipation and insomnia. Think I need to get rid of eggs because they are binding and that’s the only thing that’s really new. But what about the insomnia? It’s crazy. Any advice? Is it possible I’m eating too few calories or intermittent fasting is a problem for me? Thanks!
