Brooke – I’ve recently cut down my Instagram usage, largely because I was feeling negative emotions when I used it. Thoughts like “I’m not good enough,” and feelings of jealousy were creeping up, often. So, I stopped using it as much. It feels like a fair solution, but requires that I change the C (The C being Instagram use). So I want to know – am I avoiding negative emotion by staying away from Instagram? Should I be staying on Instagram so I can work through the negative thought patterns? That feels silly, but also potentially useful? Would love your take!
