Hi Brooke,
Instagram is a big part of the platform I want to use to get my photography work out. However I find that when I am on Instagram I have so much thought work to do. I compare my work to others and I use it as distraction. How do you suggest I share my work and manage my negative emotions or actions? I find when I’m off Instagram I am 100% focused on my own goals and love my life.
In addition, I’m wondering when something like Social Media brings up so much negative emotions / actions is it something I should explore or completely avoid it because I know it brings up negative emotions.
