I’m new to SCS and have chosen to focus on overeating. So far, staying on protocol has been fairly easy with only a few slip-ups. My question is; How do I know when I’m no longer insulin resistant? Is there are certain amount of time that it takes? I was overeating and over drinking before, but not massively. I only drink when its planned now, fast intermittently 12-16 hours per day and have eliminated all sugar and most flour.. Thanks in advance, Sally
