Intangible Goals

Hello, I would love some help on how to reach intangible goals. I am very good at reaching tangible ones, however I never seem to stick too intangible ones. My brain seems to forget and easily slide to its old thoughts. My first goal is to be more calm – no yelling, swearing, listening more, speaking slowly and quietly and cultivating the belief “calm is my superpower.” I want to be known for how calm I am.
