Intentional model : thinking my best thought VS thought that accepts the 50/50


I just listened to the live coaching call with Katie and I have a question.

She is talking about the 50/50, that all thoughts do not have to be transformed in the best version of itself. My question is, in our intentional models, how to recognize when to put the best version of the thought that I can believe (thought that creates a “happy feeling”) and when to stick with the thought that creates a “negative feeling” and try to work it through.

For exemple :
C. writing
T. it is boring
F. bored
A. avoiding writing / buffering
R. nothing wrote

Intentional 1 (best thought I can think)
C. writing
T. it can be fun
F. enthousiaste
A. put myself to write
R. something wrote

Intentional 2 (the one that accepte more the 50 “negative part”)
C. writing
T. In this period of my life, I find it boring, but I am going to do it anyway.
F. determined
A. put myself to write
R. something wrote
