Intentional Model with Impossible Goal

I have my intentional model for Stopping Overdrinking, this is what I want to practice thinking as the Urges come up-correct?
C: Goal to Stop Overdrinking
T: I am ready to do this
F: Belief
A: Have protocol, make plan, self love and care, get coaching, allow and process urge/desire without responding by drinking
R: I stop overdrinking
