Intentional desirable thought pattern
Circumstance – Ruminate about conversation with child’s teacher.
Thought – Worrying about other people’s thoughts about me is wasting too much of my time and pulling me off course in my life.
Feeling – Awareness
Action – I start to see why it’s important to think differently. I catch myself doing this behavior more often. I take the time to question these thoughts and understand what they are costing me. I come up with other thoughts that I could think instead and work hard to think those instead.
Result – My life is more focused. A big weight is lifted off my shoulders. I am more confident, more stable and experience more joy. I have more energy to spend on important things in my life like listening to my kids and thinking about the tasks I need to perform.
