intentional overeating thought


Hi Brooke,
My unintentional pattern is c-food, T – Its the only place in my life where I get what I want or I have complete control, F – satisfied, A – overeat, R- gain/not loose
My intentional: c- food, T – ?, F- satisfied, A- eat protocol, R – loose weight

My question: I like the F – satisfied, so should I look for an alternative thought for that feeling? or look for a new feeling and thought? also, is there a good stepped thought? I’ve come up with “If I eat protocol then I am really in control” but that doesn’t really give me F- satisfaction
