Intentional thought creation Model

Here is my model
C- My mom talks and is concerned about herself all the time exclusively
T- She is selfish
F- ignored unloved annoyed
A- passive aggressive towards her
R- feel like a bad daughter

Intentional thought model
C- mom is self absorbed with aches and pains
T- She can’t help herself
F- calm and relaxed, understanding; accepting
A- care for her , give her blankets and hot pads and tea
R- feel like a good daughter

But I still feel unloved and ignored? Do I need bridging thoughts?
