Intentionally not eating lunch


hi there

During the work week, it seems that eating breakfast and dinner work for me, and then I don’t need to worry about bringing lunch to work, just drink lots of water and “dine in”

This means I eat between 6:30-7:30 am and 6:30-7:30 pm- 2x 12 hr intervals (no flour, no sugar)

I eat approx. 1/3 daily requirements for breakfast and approx. 2/3 daily requirements for dinner

please let me know what your thoughts are on this-
