Interlinked topics and being lost

Hello. I start in July with weight loss and even though I am still doing it, I switched to listen to self confidence and love after one week. I feel that I struggle a lot with loving myself as I am thinking a lot about what others may think of me (I did receive some surprise feedback that was very aggressive). I am trying to be in a place of curiosity but am often in anxiety and sadness… Shall I rather switch to study relationships first?
