I am trying to lost that last 5-10 pounds and I have been at the same weight for over a month so I am experimenting with different protocols. I am trying to go from breakfast at 7, lunch at noon, and dinner at 5 to a more prolonged fasting period and only 2 meals a day instead of 3. I find that when I try to shorten my eating window I am getting VERY physically hungry and I am having trouble mentally and physically dealing with that. I would like my body to be able to access it’s fat stores better so I don’t feel so ravenous. I am no sugar no flour for 4 months now. What happens is I end up overeating the first meal after the fasting period because I feel so hungry, even though I KNOW I shouldn’t do this. Do you have any advice?
