Intermittent Fasting 16/8

So I have been intermittent fasting with my protocol and my sleep and work schedule can be different during the week. I try to keep it from eating two meals from 2 pm to 10 pm or sometimes from 4 pm to 12 pm. I know we are suppose to keep it the same but on my days off I usually wake up earlier and on the days I work I sometimes sleep later which throws off my schedule. My question is if it is okay to play around with a couple of hours difference during the week and what do I do when I am really not hungry for my second meal in that time frame but am concerned about being hungry later when I am supposed to be fasting? As long as I make sure I am fasting at least 16 hours is it okay to change the times? I am fat adapted (which btw is the best feeling in the whole world) and have been doing my protocol for 7 weeks and have lost 20 lbs.
