I started my protocol for the first two weeks with 12-hours eating window, three meals per day, no snacking and OF COURSE, no sugar, no flour.
As someone who used to have her mouth full with food all day, it felt like a major change to take on, and it worked perfectly.
Now I want to up the fasting window to 16 hours and down the eating window to 8.
I wonder if there is any difference as far as insulin concerns whether my eating window includes breakfast and late lunch or like you, lunch and dinner?
On a side note, do you really fathom how insanely good the Self Coaching Scholars program is? Do You? 🙂
