Intermittent fasting


I love the concept of IF and would love to apply it better. I stop eating for the day by 7 or 8 pm and would like to start eating at noon the next day, but am incredibly afraid of getting weak or cranky or my personality changing dramatically in those hours between 10 am- 12 pm. That’s typically when my toddler son and I go do a park or swim lessons or something like that, and I’m so scared I’ll be too hungry and not enjoy myself. I have learned that I do make hunger an emergency and am very afraid of it. How could I proceed with this?
