As i was already eating mostly no sugar and flour i decided to start the intermittent fasting right away after watching your overeatting workshop videos.
I am working on my protocol, and for now i have decided on a 6 hour eating window. However, I’m having trouble choosing which foods im going to eat. I really really dont want to eat the exact same thing every day so im wondering what advice you might have for me.
Also, when discussing intermittent fasting with people in my life they always seem to bring up the idea that if you go too long without food your body goes into starvation mode and actually starts storing fat in case you dont eat again for a long time. I’m just wondering what your opinion is on that because that is a fear of mine as well as that has always been my outlook before now.
