Intermittent fasting and workouts


Good day! I am thru part 3 of the overeating workshop and have not seen this addressed yet. I workout at 530 am because I love it! I know I am not fat adapted but want to be. I am sick of feeling hungry all the time. If I wait to eat food until 5 hours after I workout, will it cause damage to muscles since I am not replenishing immediately after exercise?
