INTERMITTENT FASTING BEFORE SUGAR AND FLOUR ARE ELIMINATED?


I’ve heard it recommended to stop the flour and sugar first and then start the intermittent fasting, but, for some reason, the intermittent fasting is easier for me to do right now as I embark on this journey. Is there a reason NOT to begin with the fasting as I work toward eliminating sugar and flour? I’m trying to utilize all the strengths/resources I have access to at each given moment. For me, that would mean to do the fasting from the start.
