Hi! I’ve always assumed that intermittent fasting wouldn’t work for me, because if I don’t eat something small every few hours, I’m prone to energy crashes and headaches. This often happens when I skip breakfast. But watching the Stop Overeating Workshop has me reconsidering things. Do some people have a physical makeup that might make intermittent fasting a bad idea, or is this more about the types of food we’re eating and withdrawal?
