I’m doing IF 20:4 and I notice thoughts that I’d like to work on.
Unconscious model
C: Intermittent fasting during the not eating period
T: It’s sad to not be able to eat
F: Sadness, emptiness, doubt
A: I question if it’s the right thing to do
R: Doubt
I’d like to create a conscious model but don’t find what to put from the feeling, because the thought doesn’t create the feeling yet…
