Intermittent fasting questions

Hello! Somehow I’m not clear on intermittent fasting. Do you recommend fasting with an eating window every day? Or a few times a week, etc?

My husband and I like to eat 2 eggs and green chile and a bit of bacon every morning. It fits my lifestyle to skip lunch and then eat a small supper around 6. This is about an 11 hour gap in eating. Thoughts on that please?
