Intermittent Fasting ?s


I just joined last week and am so very excited and filled with promise at the processes and way of life presented by Brooke. Monday I started my protocol. I’m doing 18 hour fasting, with a lunch and dinner of veggies, meat, and fat. This is day 3. I’m wondering if anything at all is allowed during the fasting hours. I’ve just been drinking water. Coffee with cream (no sweetener) is my typical morning drink, and that doesn’t seem like an unhealthy habit. Is it allowed?
Also, yesterday and today I’ve been feeling physically weak on and off during the fasting hours (mostly mid morning). Is a spoonful of coconut oil or coconut butter allowed? I realize this may be signs of withdrawal. I am committed to changing my thoughts around food and my body. Thanks in advance!
