Internalizing versus Memorizing New Thoughts

I heard Brooke on her latest podcast talk about really internalizing her new thoughts rather than memorizing them. It hit me with this massive AH HA. I try to memorize my new thoughts. Its like I know what I want them to be and I have a bunch and I am trying to force the new thoughts. I am not sure how to internalize them. To really truly start to believe them. It feels like I am trying to memorize them until I get the result and then I will believe them. Of course, I know that isn’t how it works I just am not sure where to go as far as internalizing them. Thanks for the help. Also, I don’t know if there is any month in the archive or other places (I am VIP/Diamond) that I can go to do this work.
