Interrupting the model


Hello coaches. During my 20 min coaching last week, the coach suggested to me a very helpful idea called ‘interrupting the model’. I wanted to find some more information on this. Can you guide me where in the Study Vault I can find it?

The model we worked on, if I understood how it works correctly, was to do with overeating / indulgent feelings. Can I check I’ve understood correctly & where I can find more info on ‘interrupting the model’?

C- external events in the world (eg war in Ukraine), social events (eg meals with friends planned & travel)
T- with all this going on I might as well not follow a plan
OR as I didn’t do my plan in the morning I might as well not do it (etc)
F- confusion
