A month or two ago I remember Brooke live with a scholar discussing a promotion. She offered the scholar a way to approach adding value to the position…. I can’t seem to locate which recording this was in. I interview for a promotion this week and was hoping someone could help find the wording/belief/how to present that I will add value to the department.
