Introduction


Hi Brooke, I just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Suzanne and I have been on my ‘life overhaul’ journey for just over 8 months. Initially it started as a weight loss journey, but I have realised it is SO much more then that. I have lost 49 kilograms so far, and honestly the weight loss is more of a by product, I feel like I am really finding myself and trying things I never would have done before. I found your podcast about 6 months ago, and I have been an avid listener ever since! I listen to your episodes over and over again. I have been applying different things that I hear and read in my life, and what I am struggling most with now is when I start to implement new habits (for example morning pages, affirmations, exercise, meditation etc) is that there seems to be more things that I want to ‘do’ than there is time in the day. So trying to fit everything in is exhausting, but I don’t just want to learn things intellectually (as you say) I do want to ‘do’ them so I guess my question is how would you recommend going about implementing what I learn? (sorry if this question is redundant and will automatically be covered in this course), but I want to ask questions, as usually when I join things I am quite and in the background and althougth I still learn a lot that way, my commitment to myself with self coaching scholars is to be ALL IN and to DO this work and not sit on the sidelines and watch others. Anyway sorry for waffling, I am so excited to be working with you!!!
