Investing too much in my brain…

Hi Brooke! I am constantly investing in courses as I LOVE LOVE to learn and expand myself, but the thing is I have a ton of courses on my plate of all these things I want to learn (and feel I need to be a better version of myself) but also notice I over commit and get overwhelmed as there is no room to grow my business, integrate/apply all I have learned or grow my own business. I am definitely investing in my brain first ( I want to know everything), but how do you identify it being an urge, or too much, masking something else? Also, I know I process really quickly so I sometimes outgrow a coach, program really quickly based on the reason I initially signed up for. If I leave I feel I’m failing myself, not staying in integrity with my commitment, even though I know there may be something else that serves me and challenges me better. Also, on the topic of investing in my brain….my health has been a big part of this where my mental capacity was highly compromised for a few years, so I’m continuously investing in the health aspect of my brain as well as much as the learning…how do I pull it all together and continue to be of service in the world with all I have to offer as a coach.
